The FACT is that Leukemia is REAL !!!
This website is to introduce you to my little 5-year old niece Samantha Washko who was just recently diagnosed with a RARE form of Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. Samantha needed a bone marrow transplant, but had no match. On Nov 14, 2001, she had a cord blood stem cell transplant.
My goal is to educate you on what this is all about and how we can help Samantha and the thousands of others who are diagnosed yearly with leukemia.
