Saturday, July 12, 2008:

• 5:30-6:45 am Packet pickup at Kidd Brewer Stadium, Owens Field House, Appalachian State University, Boone, NC
• 6:30 am Support crew meeting at Stadium entrance gate for last minute instructions
• 6:50 am All runners report to start line on the track
• 7:00 am Race start on the track (NO Early Starts !)
• 12:00 noon Race officially completes (finish at the track closes and an unofficial finish at the marathon tent opens)
• 1:00 pm Marathon officially ends
• 1:00 pm Awards and race results at the marathon tent just inside Gate 3
• 1:15 pm Top 3 overall males and females presented at the Highland Games
• 3:00 pm If you plan to take the shuttle all the way back to the start line. You must be back to the Boone Shuttle area by 3 pm !
• 2:00-5:00 pm You must be checked out of the dorm by 5 pm !
