Ongoing plans for the Community Care Clinic include:

• Continue to foster relationships with local healthcare providers and agencies to expand the Community Care Clinic's hours of operation and services offered.
• Provide continuity of care and a medical home for more uninsured families and individuals.

Patients are seen Wednesday evenings from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
